Aubrie is a dedicated personal trainer, whose love for fitness she inspires in thousands daily on her Facebook page, Twitter, and Bodyspace. From the age of 15 she began following her dreams, knowing that the future belongs to those that actively strive to better themselves. By 19 she had competed in two figure shows, become a top profile on Bodyspace, and began teaching others how to love fitness. Bodybuilding.com along with Optimum Nutrition showed Aubrie great interest, and she soon became sponsored by Bodybuilding.com while having had her personal training certification for four years. Currently she is working to build another fitness empire with great friend and felloq Sweaty Betty, Danny-J. Together they get individuals to laugh and love their level of fitness, helping them understand that to love yourself is not selfish and that fitness takes time. Many people ask me how to get started; fitness can be difficult for anyone at first, but when you put your goals on paper, where you can see them and read them each day, you find that skipping the pizza and ice cream is actually much more satisfying than that greasy pizza itself. You know you can do it, and so you do. It feels wonderful to be able to step on stage in a small bikini, or even step out at the beach, and know your buns are tight, abs are toned and you've got an amazing horseshoe on the back of your arm. The entire journey is to be enjoyed; the lifestyle will inspire you to become better and doubt your limits. All it takes is believing.
I will continue to live this fitness lifestyle I love and to inspire and help others; I have started a training business that offers online training, bootcamps, in home training and of course training at a local facility. And why do I do this? Because the look on someone's face as they reach their goals is priceless and something that I love to do. Helping others comes naturally to me and it means so much to me to have someone smile due to a small act of kindness on my part.
