Who I am, and How I Train

I train my clients just as I would train myself- with high intensity training, intervals, body weight workouts, and functional movements. Every workout will be made just for YOU. Sessions will consist of instruction of each movement to make sure that you are doing each exercise properly before we begin any workout.

My love for health and fitness began at the young age of 15 when I first noticed I was overweight.  At 17 the fire grew with the prep for my first competition and I knew at that point that I wanted to help others love the body they were blessed with.  It just takes setting a goal and accomplishing it to have yourself more motivated to move onto even greater things.

As a personal trainer I am here to guide you through workouts, provide motivation and give you as much information as I can about nutrition, exercise and living a healthier lifestyle.
